Two Egyptian Nationals Kidnapped in Mali Released by JNIM (November 29, 2025)
Bamako, October 28, 2025 - Along the Ségou-Bamako road by members of JNIM were released on November 29. According to available information, the group considered the men to be ordinary civilians with no ties to the Malian authorities, which facilitated their release. The jihadists freed them without requesting any ransom.
