Social Security Reform | Minister Assa Badiallo Touré Presents Roadmap to INPSBamako
Bamako, January 18, 2026 - During the official handover ceremony of the roadmap to the new Director General of the National Social Security Institute (INPS), Idrissa Bakary Diarra, the Minister of Health and Social Development, Colonel-Major Assa Badiallo Touré, outlined an ambitious mission to modernize Mali’s social protection system.
This appointment, formalized by Decree No. 2025-0823/PT-RM of November 26, 2025, comes amid urgent reforms addressing the multidimensional crises affecting the country.
