Minister Oumou Sall Seck Meets on Emerging Contemporary African Photography
Bamako, January 30, 2026 - Ms. Oumou Sall Seck, Minister of National Entrepreneurship, Employment, and Vocational Training, received Mr. Seydou Camara, Artistic Director of Yamarou Photo, in an audience on Friday, January 30, 2026, as part of preparations for the 2026 IBIBI Awards. The meeting aimed to invite the Minister to the official awards ceremony recognizing the winners of the first edition of the “IBIBI Awards for the Emergence of Contemporary African Photography”, scheduled for Friday, February 13, 2026, at the Azalaï Hotel.
