Mass Exodus from Loulouni Following Clashes
Bamako, November 20, 2025 - A report by Joliba TV highlights the mass exodus of residents from Loulouni after violent clashes between JNIM and Dozo militias. JNIM announced that it had stormed the town following several drone strikes that caused panic among civilians, prompting hundreds to flee toward Ivory Coast, which has reinforced security at its borders.
