Gao, December 15-17, 2025 - Armed groups have reportedly stolen multiple vehicles along the Ansongo-Gao road, with eight incidents recorded since late November, including the theft of an ambulance on December 17. Authorities have urged travelers to exercise heightened caution, underscoring the need for improved road security in northern Mali.
