MUNICH, February 14, 2026 - A Rwandan government delegation led by Vincent Biruta, Minister of Security, and Juvenal Marizamunda, Minister of Defence, is participating in the Munich Security Conference 2026 (MSC 2026), which opened on February 13 and runs through February 15 in Munich, Germany. According to Rwanda’s Ministry of Defence, the delegation took part in a series of high-level discussions, presenting Rwanda’s perspective on the current international political and security landscape. The meetings brought together heads of state and government, senior policymakers, and global security experts from multiple continents.
