Minister Mamou Daffé Reviews Mali’s “Year of Culture”

Bamako, January 30, 2026 - The Minister of Handicrafts, Culture, Hospitality, and Tourism, Mr. Mamou Daffé, held a press conference to present a review of the Year of Culture in Mali, proclaimed by His Excellency General Assimi Goïta, President of the Transition and Head of State.
