Ziniaré: Workshop to Validate Juvenile Justice Procedures Manual Opens
Ziniaré, November 19, 2025 - Harouna Kadio, Secretary General of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, responsible for relations with institutions, presided over the opening ceremony of a workshop to validate the procedures manual for juvenile justice management.
Organized by the Directorate of Institutional Development and Innovation, the event brought together 32 participants representing central government departments, courts, prisons, and social service agencies.
In his opening remarks, Harouna Kadio underscored the strategic importance of the procedures manual, highlighting its role as a tool for effective governance, coordination, and standardization in the juvenile justice system.
