BAMAKO, Mali - Legal proceedings against two members of Mali’s National Transitional Council (CNT) continued on October 2, 2025, before the Criminal Court of the National Cybercrime Unit. The court adjourned the case until November 27 and set a deposit of 5,500,000 CFA francs. Lawyers representing the political parties confirmed that the sum will be paid.

The hearing was attended by CNT member Moulaye Keita, while Biton Mamari Coulbaly was absent. Authorities confirmed that his absence would not affect the scheduled trial date. Both council members face charges of verbal abuse against political party leaders and incitement to violence.
