The platform, part of the Embassy’s broader digital innovation strategy, allows users to access a wide range of services instantly via WhatsApp or the embassy’s website. Key Features of Nshuti Immediate assistance and answers to frequently asked questions Support for passport applications, identity card registration, document authentication, and appointment requests Guidance for accessing other consular services Information on embassy activities, national holidays, and Rwandan organizations abroad Contact details for Rwandan representatives in countries served by the embassy Users can interact with the platform by sending a WhatsApp message to +44 7427 941212 or starting a chat via the embassy website. Ambassador Emphasizes Innovation In a statement, Rwanda’s Ambassador to the UK, Johnston Busingye, highlighted that Nshuti reflects the embassy’s commitment to leveraging technology to simplify processes, reduce waiting times, and provide reliable, up-to-date information to Rwandans abroad. The launch of Nshuti marks a significant step toward modernizing consular services, improving accessibility, and enhancing engagement with Rwanda’s diaspora community in the UK and beyond.
