Rwanda Appoints New Ambassador to Equatorial Guinea
MALABO - Ambassador Parfait Busabiwa has presented copies of his credentials to Equatorial Guinea’s Foreign Minister, Simeon Oyono Esono Angue, to represent Rwanda in the country, according to an official statement.
The ceremony took place in Malabo on December 4, 2025, followed by bilateral talks focused on strengthening long-standing diplomatic relations and expanding cooperation between the two nations.
Amb. Busabiwa currently also serves as Rwanda’s ambassador to Congo-Brazzaville.
