Prime Minister Nsengiyumva Holds Talks with GX Foundation CEO on Healthcare Development
Prime Minister Dr. Justin Nsengiyumva has held talks with GX Foundation CEO Leung Chun-Ying on opportunities for collaboration in advancing Rwanda’s healthcare sector. The meeting took place in Kigali on January 15, 2026. A statement from the Prime Minister’s Office said the discussions focused on strengthening cooperation to improve medical services, public health systems, and overall healthcare delivery in the country. GX Foundation is an international philanthropic organization that provides medical and public health assistance. Founded in China in 2018, the organization works closely with governments, healthcare professionals, and communities to build health system capacity where it is most needed.
