New Atrocities Reported Against Tuareg Civilians
Kidal, January 23, 2026 - Local sources report that a joint patrol of the Malian army and Russian Africa Corps killed a civilian, Matakne ag Amouman, burned homes, and sabotaged a water tower and its solar installations in Eghchar Sdidane.
They also allegedly abducted, executed, and beheaded an 84-year-old man, Attayoub ag Iknane, in Intadayné, near the city of Kidal.
