Ministry of Justice Clarifies Postponement of e-Justice Platform Launch

Bamako, February 20, 2026 - The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, Keeper of the Seals, announced that the launch of Mali’s e-Justice platform has been postponed, following administrative requirements needed to ensure secure digital access for all citizens.

The announcement comes after the inaugural digital issuance of criminal records and nationality certificates, which was celebrated on February 10, 2026, as part of the 4th edition of Justice Week at the Ministry of Justice.

Reasons for the Delay

Officials explained that the delay is due to essential administrative formalities required to guarantee:

Secure digital access for Malians at home and abroad

Proper functionality and protection of sensitive legal documents
