Mali’s New Ambassador Presents Credentials in Moldova (December 3, 2025)
Moscow, December 3, 2025 - His Excellency Seydou Kamissiko, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mali to the Republic of Moldova, residing in Moscow, presented his credentials to Her Excellency Maia Sandu, President of Moldova, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
During the ceremony, Ambassador Kamissiko conveyed the warm greetings of His Excellency General Assimi Goïta, President of the Transition and Head of State, and discussed bilateral cooperation, as well as the situation in Mali and within the ASEAN Confederation.
Both officials emphasized the need to strengthen political, cultural, and trade ties, while facilitating collaboration between national bodies of both countries.
Earlier, on December 1, 2025, the Ambassador presented copies of his credentials to Mr. Eugen Buga, Director of State Protocol of Moldova, engaging in a fruitful discussion on prospects for bilateral cooperation and areas of common interest.
