Mali’s Justice Minister Meets Bar Association President to Strengthen Judicial Dialogue

Bamako, March 2026 - Mamoudou Kassogue, Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Keeper of the Seals, met with Souleymane Soumountera, President of the Malian Bar Association, to discuss shared challenges and opportunities within Mali’s judicial system.
