Mali Presents 2026 Humanitarian Response Plan to International Partners
Geneva, May 15, 2026 - Mali’s Minister of Health and Social Development, Assa Badiallo TOURÉ, presented the country’s 2026 humanitarian response plan during a high-level advocacy meeting held at the Palais des Nations in Geneva.
The session brought together humanitarian actors and partner countries to discuss priority needs and support mechanisms for vulnerable populations in Mali.
In her opening remarks, the minister praised the continued commitment of humanitarian partners working alongside affected communities across the country.
She also outlined government efforts to address humanitarian challenges, noting that substantial resources are allocated annually through national humanitarian planning to support sectoral departments in delivering assistance to vulnerable populations.
