Mali Announces Cabinet Reshuffle
Bamako, February 12, 2026 - In a special news bulletin broadcast on #ORTM, the Secretary General of the Presidency announced the results of a cabinet reshuffle under Decree No. 062/PT-RM 2026, appointing the members of the Government of the President of the Transition, Head of State. The reshuffle saw the appointment of three Ministers of State for Defense, Economy and Finance, and Reconciliation, while four ministries experienced changes in leadership: Territorial Administration, State Reform, Agriculture, and Energy and Water. The move signals a reorganization of the transitional government as Mali continues to address national priorities and ongoing challenges.
