Bamako, April 11, 2026 - Mali and Morocco have taken a further step toward strengthening bilateral relations following a diplomatic exchange mission held in Rabat, focused on capacity-building and institutional cooperation.
The Malian delegation, drawn from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, was led by Mahamane Amadou Maïga, Chargé d’Affaires. The visit formed part of a broader initiative to promote the exchange of expertise and best practices in diplomacy.
During the mission, Malian officials held discussions with senior representatives of Morocco’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Living Abroad.
