Amadou Soumaila, Director General of the National Cancer Center (CNLC), reported that Niger now boasts a complete technical platform for cancer care, from diagnosis to treatment. The expanded campaign combines free screening for breast and cervical cancer with a multi-channel sensitization effort, representing a significant step in addressing non-communicable diseases and improving women's health outcomes beyond the capital.
