Kinshasa: Félix Tshisekedi and Isaac Herzog Strengthen DRC-Israel Cooperation
Kinshasa, November 3, 2025 - President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi on Tuesday, November 11, received his Israeli counterpart Isaac Herzog in Kinshasa for a working visit aimed at deepening bilateral relations and promoting a mutually beneficial partnership between the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Israel.
During a joint press briefing, Tshisekedi highlighted the investment opportunities available to Israeli companies in the mining, infrastructure, education, and health sectors. He also reaffirmed the DRC’s support for Israel and its security.
For his part, Isaac Herzog emphasized the historical and spiritual ties connecting the two nations and praised ongoing international efforts - particularly those of U.S. President Donald Trump - to advance peace in Central Africa, especially in the eastern DRC.
This meeting marks another step in the strengthening of diplomatic, economic, and security cooperation between Kinshasa and Tel-Aviv.
