Kigali To Convene Africa Mindset Reset Forum
Kigali, August 20, 2026 - Rwanda prepared to host the Africa Mindset Reset Forum in Kigali, reinforcing its role as a venue for continental policy dialogue on governance, integration and development.
The forum was scheduled for August 25-26 at the Kigali Convention Centre. President Paul Kagame, Ghanaian President John Dramani Mahama and former Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn were expected to participate.
The African School of Governance is hosting the event as part of efforts to shape a new generation of African leaders. The discussions are expected to bring together political, business and intellectual figures from across the continent.
For Rwanda, the forum supports Kigali's positioning as a hub for leadership networks, governance reform debates and regional business coordination.
