EUCAP Sahel Mali Delegation Meets Ministry of Justice to Strengthen Cooperation
Bamako, February 27, 2026 - A high-level delegation from EUCAP Sahel Mali was received at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights to discuss ongoing collaboration and support.
The delegation, led by Ms. Kirsi Henriksson, Deputy Commander of Civil Operations at the European External Action Service, was received by Dr. Boubacar S. Diarrah, Secretary General of the Ministry.
Discussions focused on capacity building, technical support for reforms, and the modernization of judicial services. Both parties commended the quality of cooperation and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthen the rule of law and promote a more effective justice system, aligned with Mali’s national priorities.
