Djibouti reports over 256,000 registered voters as election preparations advance
Djibouti City, March 27, 2026 - Election preparations are underway in Djibouti, with authorities confirming that more than 256,000 voters have been registered ahead of the presidential poll.
Officials also stated that all polling stations across the country are expected to be fully operational by April 10, 2026, the date set for the vote.
The announcement comes as campaign activities intensify nationwide, with candidates continuing to hold rallies across different regions.
