13th Hydrocarbon Monitoring Committee Meeting Records Significant Progress
Bamako, January 29, 2026 - The Minister of Industry and Trade chaired the 13th meeting of the Hydrocarbon Monitoring Committee on January 29, 2026, held with the participation of key petroleum sector groups, including GPP and GMPP.
The meeting brought together government officials, the Director General of Trade, the Coordinator of CECOGEC, representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Mali (CCIM), the Moroccan Oil and Gas Authority (OMAP), and other gas sector stakeholders.
In his opening address, the Minister praised the tangible results achieved and reaffirmed the Government’s continued commitment to the sector, grounded in a dynamic and responsible partnership with industry operators.
