Third Solemn Meeting of Indigenous Mystical Cult Practitioners Opens in Bamako

Bamako, January 25, 2026 - The Bamako Palace of Culture is hosting the Third Solemn Meeting of Practitioners of Indigenous Mystical Cults of the Peoples of the AES (Africa and Southern Africa Regions) from January 25 to 27, 2026. The opening ceremony, held on January 25, 2026, was presided over by the Minister of Crafts, Culture, Hospitality, and Tourism, Mr. Mamou Daffé, represented by his Chief of Staff, Dr. Salia Male. Organized by the Faso Kanu Blonba Association (AFKB), this third edition follows the first two meetings previously held in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, and Niamey, Niger.
