RwandAir Assists Passengers After Dubai Flight Cancellations
Kigali - December 28, 2025 - RwandAir, Rwanda’s national carrier, has announced support for passengers affected by the recent cancellation of flights to Dubai.
The airline confirmed it will help affected travelers secure alternative flights after reports emerged of passengers stranded at O.R. Tambo International Airport due to last-minute flight cancellations.
RwandAir expressed regret over the disruption, emphasizing that while the airline strives to inform passengers of schedule changes as early as possible, unexpected disruptions sometimes occur.
“We assure our passengers that our ticketing staff will assist them in boarding the next available flight,” the airline said in a statement.
RwandAir has recently expanded its network with new routes to Zanzibar and Mombasa, and continues to operate flights to multiple international destinations, both directly and through partnerships with global carriers.
