Bamako, January 26, 2026 - Singer Oumou Sangaré was received on Monday, January 26, 2026, by the Minister of Crafts, Culture, Hospitality, and Tourism, Mr. Mamou Daffé. The African music icon presented the Minister with two international awards she recently received: the “Superstar of African Music” at the 2025 Oda Awards in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and the honorary “Tribute” award at the Jayli Awards in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
