Mali-Senegal Cooperation Highlighted at Opening of Dakar Port
Dakar, February 10, 2026 - The Malian Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, at the invitation of the Minister of Fisheries and Maritime Economy of Senegal, participated in the opening ceremony of the Port of Dakar 2026 in the Senegalese capital. The event, organized by the management of the Autonomous Port of Dakar, was presided over by the President of the National Assembly of Senegal, Honorable Elhadj El Malick Ndiaye, on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. The ceremony underscored the modernization and innovation of port infrastructure and highlighted the importance of regional cooperation between Mali and Senegal in transport and trade development.
