Kinshasa Hosts First Annual Public Service Conference
Kinshasa - December 16, 2025 - The first Annual Public Service Conference opened at the Central African Cultural and Artistic Center, bringing together state and non-state actors to strengthen public administration, a key pillar of national development.
At the opening, President Félix Tshisekedi emphasized the importance of connecting the administration to citizens, while Tombola Muke, Director General of the National School of Administration (ENA), highlighted that excellent public services are a national asset.
Initiated by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Service Jean-Pierre Lihau, the two-day conference focuses on administrative reform, digitalization, technological innovation, and financing modernization of public services, aiming to sustainably transform the Congolese administration and enhance state efficiency nationwide.
