Head of State Issues Directives to Mali’s Two New Ambassadors

Koulouba, January 29, 2026 - The President of the Transition and Head of State, His Excellency General Assimi Goïta, received Mali’s two newly appointed ambassadors on Thursday, January 29, 2026, as they formally assumed their duties. They are Mr. Seydou Coulibaly, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Angola, and Brigadier General Boubacar Diallo, the new Ambassador of Mali to the Republic of Rwanda.
