Burkina Faso Advances Digital Justice with Launch of Three Online Platforms

Ouagadougou, December 15, 2025 - The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, responsible for relations with institutions, has taken a major step toward a modern, accessible, and citizen-centered judicial system with the official launch of three digital platforms on Monday, December 15.

The ceremony was held under the high patronage of Prime Minister Rimtalba Jean Emmanuel Ouedraogo, represented by Minister of State Émile Zerbo, and was presided over by Minister of Justice and Human Rights Edasso Rodrigue Bayala, co-chaired by Minister of Digital Transition, Posts and Electronic Communications, Aminata Zerbo/Sabane.

e-permis-commeniuer.gov.bf - allowing relatives of incarcerated individuals to apply for visitation permits online.

e-acte-rcm.gov.bf - providing online access to RCCM documents, including extracts, registration certificates, and certificates of good standing.

These tools are designed to reduce administrative burdens, shorten court delays, and enhance access to justice, while supporting business productivity by streamlining legal procedures.

The Prime Minister’s representative emphasized that digitalization is crucial for modernizing Burkina Faso’s judicial system, reinforcing the government’s commitment to transparency, efficiency, and citizen empowerment.
