LONDON, UK - Rwanda is taking part in the World Travel Market (WTM) 2025, one of the world’s largest international tourism fairs, held in London from November 4 to 6, 2025. The East African nation is showcasing its unique natural attractions, diverse wildlife, and sustainable tourism initiatives to global industry leaders.

The Rwandan delegation includes representatives from the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), the Rwandan Embassy in the UK, RwandAir, and several private sector stakeholders such as Primates Safaris, Hermosa Life Tours, Wilderness, Blue Monkey Tours, Triple Legacy Travels, Kings Safaris, and Wildlife Tours.

Throughout the three-day fair, Rwandan representatives are engaging in business meetings and networking sessions aimed at promoting Rwanda as a premier eco-tourism destination. The country is particularly emphasizing its gorilla trekking experiences in Volcanoes National Park, its growing conference tourism, and its commitment to conservation-led travel.

The World Travel Market, established in 1980, serves as a major global platform for tourism professionals to collaborate and exchange ideas. Now hosted at ExCeL London, it attracts over 46,000 participants annually, including senior tourism officials, ministers, and media representatives.

In 2024, Rwanda’s tourism sector generated $647 million, a testament to its steady recovery and growing appeal as one of Africa’s most sustainable and innovative travel destinations. By participating in WTM 2025, Rwanda aims to further expand its global partnerships and strengthen its position in the international tourism market.
